How To Place Your Order Online

Here are some basic things you should know before placing your order:

• “Sign In” from the Website if you already have an existing account.

• Or “Sign Up” and register your Account from the Website if you are new.

• Search the desired product using the Pickaboo’s search box.

• Or browse through the product categories.

• Select your desired product, or filter through Color and other preferred Configurations.

• See product images, descriptions, price, and other related information.

• If you are going to buy multiple products, click on “Add To Cart”.

• If you are going to buy only one product then click on “Buy Now”.

Now to place your order all you need to follow these 5 simple steps:

Step 1

• Once you are done adding products to your Cart or clicked on Buy Now, another page named “Shopping Cart” will appear on the screen.

• You can make any changes, like whether you want to continue, update or clear your Shopping Cart.

• Below the “Shopping Cart” page, there will be an area where you can use your “Club Points”, “Discount Codes”, and “Gift Cards”, before proceeding to checkout.

• Check the “Order Total”, then press “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Step 2

• Next, you will be directed to the “Checkout” page with the following details. Here you can select your desired delivery address.

• If you want product delivery to another address, you must fill in the new address.

• Otherwise choose the existing address.

• If you do not have an Account with us, then in that case, you can open an Account with us or you can also place an Order using your social media accounts (Facebook or Google).

Step 3

• Once the address has been entered, by pressing the continue button you will be directed to the “Shipping Method” section.

• You can choose your preferred form of delivery. Either “Regular Shipping” or “Office Collection” whereas for office collection, you will earn 100 Club Points.

Step 4

• Once the shipping method has been put, by pressing the continue button you will be directed to the “Payment Information” section.

• If you want to use your earned Club Points, then select “Internal Rewards” option. If not then, unselect “Internal Rewards” option and proceed onto choosing your prefered payment method.

• If you select “Online Payment” or “Card On Delivery” option then you have to choose your prefered card.

Step 5

• Once, the Payment Method has been successfully selected, you will have a full view of your placed Order.

• Finally, after checking the grand total and other order details you have to press “ Place Order” button. Or you can click “Edit Your Cart” to add items or make any changes to your order.

• And then you will be provided with the “Order Number” which you have to preserve to collect your order.

After completing the order process here are the confirmation procedures:

• Upon placing the order, you will receive a text message and an email with your Order number and a call for the verification of the Order.

• The call will be made by the Pickaboo Customer Support Department, to check whether any further alterations need to be made or not.

• Afterwards, a final Text Message and an Email will be sent to you, confirming the Courier number (If Courier Delivery was selected) or the regular delivery details (if regular delivery was selected).

• Once, the product is delivered to the destination, our Customer Support will make a call to record the feedback and complete the Order.
